Ingredients
Swai fish fillets Passport, 8 oz Lemon juice Goya, 6 tsp Water, tap, 0.5 fl oz Hot Pepper Sauce, 4 tsp Olive oil Spanish Coloso, 0.25 oz Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 0.25 tsp Parsley, dried, 0.5 tbsp
Directions
Wash fish, pat dry & put in glass baking dish. Mix together all the ingredients & pour over fish, turning fish once. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Bake at 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
