Crustless High Protein Low Carb Quiche

Ingredients
1 cup carmalized onions1 cup 1% cottage cheese6 large eggs4 oz shredded cheddar cheesePepper and Nutmeg5-6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
Directions
Cook and crumble bacon put it int he bottom of a pie plate.

If you don't have any carmelized onions you'll need to make some....cook over low heat until browned but not burnt. (Or start the night before with 3 onions sliced in the crockpot set on high. by morning they should be perfect!)

In a bowl combine eggs and cheeses along with pepper and dash of nutmeg. Fold in the onions. Pour over top of the bacon.

Bake in a 350deg oven for 45-60min or until the top is firm when poked with the back of a spoon.
