Ingredients
1 cup chickpea flour4-5 oz almond milk, unsweetened, or water2 tbsp almond butter, or pb 1/2-1 banana1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp lemon juice (to sour the milk)
Directions
mix dry ingredients in a bowl, mash in banana, add almond butter & wet ingredients and mix well. Spoon into lightly oiled pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.

Serving Size: makes 6 smallish pancakes
