Sugar Free Soy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups lite soymilk (this has a small amount of sugar, you can also use skim milk or unsweetened soy milk)1 tsp. vanilla extract3 pkts Splenda no calorie sweetner (or 1 tbs. sweetner of your choice)1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice1 tbs. canned pumpkin1.5 oz espresso or strong brewed coffee
Directions
Add soymilk, vanilla, Splenda, spice and pumpkin to a small saucepan. Heat slowly over very low heat, and whisk (this makes the foam). Add espresso and serve hot.
