Garlic Shrimp and Farfalle

Ingredients
1 pkg Jumbo Contessa Shrimp (or 12 oz of jumbo shrimp) - cleaned and tails removedGrated Kraft Parmesan Cheese (to sprinkle over pasta)1 lb Farfalle (bowtie) pasta2 heads of garlic 5 tbs olive oil
Directions
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut tops of heads of garlic. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of oilive oil over the cut tops. Place in a 1 qt oven-proof dish. Cover. Roast for one hour. After garlic has roasted, allow to cool. Squeeze out cloves of garlic and set aside. Save olive oil from the roasting dish.
*Cook pasta according to package directions.
*In a separate frying pan, pour reserved olive oil and add two remaining tablespoons of olive oil. Cook shrimp until just pink (about 3 minutes). Add garlic and toss together with shrimp.
*Pour shrimp and garlic over drained pasta. Toss all ingredients until well incorporated.
*Sprinkle two teaspoons of grated Parmesan cheese over each serving.
