Ricotta Salmon Wonton Dumplings

Ingredients
1/2 C Precious LF Ricotta 1 Packet Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon2 tbsp Bell Pepper (your choice on color)1 tbsp Chopped Onions2 Garlic (clove)1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning1 tsp Salt - Iodized Sea Salt1 tsp Garlic Powder,1 tsp Onion Powder1 tsp black pepper15-Won Ton Wrapper
Directions
Combine all ingrediants in to a food processor and blend until you get a creamy consistancy. Spoon 2 tsp full of filling in to a wonton wrapper and moisten edges and fold over and seal with a fork. Freeze wontons for about 15 mintues. Boil water and gently place wontons in boiling water and reduce head to med-high for 3-4 minutes. Drain and toss with our favorite veggies or sauce.
