Classic Spaghetti

Ingredients
Pam Spray1 Onion chopped,4 tsp. minced garlic1.94 lbs. chicken breast2 carrots diced1 cup mushrooms sliced1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes3 cups of water1 28 ounce can tomato sauce1 tbsp of oregano1 tbsp of basilsalt to tasteblack pepper to taste1 tbsp of sugar1 lb dry spaghetti
Directions
Using pam spray cook onion, garlic and pepper until tender.
Add to crock pot.
In same skillet cook chicken until no longer pink.
Add to crock pot.
Add carrots, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, water, tomato sauce, spices and sugar to crock pot.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-5 hours.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Serve sauce over spaghetti and enjoy.

    This recipe doesn't include the calories for the pasta. Other than that this recipe is delicious! I loved the tenderness of the chicken. It's pretty filling as well. Served it over whole wheat pasta. - 9/16/11
