Ingredients
*Angus Beef Loin Boneless Strip Steak, 32 oz (remove) *Organic Whole Wheat Farfalle, 4 serving (remove) *Canned Mushrooms, 0.5 cup (remove) *Daisy Brand - Light Sour Cream Pure & Natural, 6 tbsp (remove) *Stonyfield Farm Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt Plain, 6 oz (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Worchetshire sauceLemon juiceAdd an Ingredient
Directions
Cube meat, Sprinkle well with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Add "some" Worchetshire sauce and about 2 tbsp. lemon juice. Stir well, cover; refrigerate until ready to cook. Saute meat and onion; add mushroom with liquid; simmer until meat is tender. Add sour cream and yogurt, stir well. Stir in al dente pasta. Heat through. Serve.
