Ingredients
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1 cup uncooked brown rice2 cans cream of mushroom soup2 cups of miksaltpeppergarlic powder
Directions
Follow cooking directions on rice packet and cook riced.Brown chicken breast in a large skillet, then take them out and cut them into 1/2 inch chunks. add cream of mushroom soup and milk to same pan chicken was cooked in and whisk together. then stir in rice and chicken chunks. let simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
