slow cooker beefy lentils

Ingredients
Beef roast, 1.5 lb most fat removeddry Lentils, 3.5 cup (remove)bag frozen veggiesMushrooms, canned, 1 can Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 can
Directions
Cut roast to remove fat.
Rinse lentils . (did not soak overnight)
Then add all ingredients to the cock pot. i used a frozen veggie mix with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.
i added more water, but more beef broth can be added instead
cooking time varries. i had it in 3 hours on high and 2 on low to make sure the lentil were cooked.
