Ingredients
Whey Protein, Banana (I use half and eat the rest), Skim Milk, Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, sugar/fat free pudding mix, 2 ice cubes, dash of cinnamon
Directions
Dump it all in! I typically go milk, powder, peanut butter, pudding mix, banana and blend it. Makes about a 12-13 oz glass (I used a single serve blender).
