Mom's Chili

Ingredients
.5 lb of ground beefdried minced onions1 large can of crushed tomatoes1 8oz can of tomato sauce1 can of rotel1 can of beans (drained and rinsed)1 tsp. salt2 tsp. chili powder1/8 tsp of paprika1/8 tsp of cayenne/red pepper
Directions
Cook ground beef and onions. Drain meat thoroughly.
Add rest of the ingredients except beans and bring to a boil. Turn down heat once boil is obtained and simmer for 45 minutes. Add beans the last 20 minutes of simmer.
Good hearty dinner!
