Oat Bran Pancake

Ingredients
2 Tbsp oat bran1 egg white1 tbsp greek yogurtstevia to tastevanilla/cinnamon/flavorings to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

Heat skillet over medium-high heat and lightly spritz with oil. Pour batter into pan and cook 3-5 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

Top with greek yogurt and cinnamon or almond butter.

Serving Size: makes 1 pancake

    Tastes great but I suspect way off on the calories. I reckon 54 calories for the oatbran 11 for the yogurt 16 for the egg white and 1 for the oil total 82 calories - 5/26/12

    Not quite correct nuritionals (more like 68 cal) but this was GREAT. It was so simple to make and so quick, plus I was surprised by just how delicious it was! Great on it's own or with whatever toppings you want. Love it! Thanks for posting! - 5/8/12
