Mayonnaise Baked Fish

Ingredients
10 oz. fish filets, such as cod4 Tbsp fat free mayonnaise2 Tbsp Smart Balance Light Spread, melted4 Tbsp minced onions3 Tbsp parmesan cheese1 Tbsp lemon juice1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt, or Old Bay Seasoning1 slice Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread, crumbed.24 tsp black pepper, ground
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 ' F.
Place fish in an oven proof pan sprayed lightly with Pam.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced onion, lemon juice and seasonings.
Spread mixture evenly over fish filets.
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and melted Smart Balance Light Spread.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until fish is flaky.
Place under a broiler for another 2-3 minutes until fish is golden brown.
