Ingredients:Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Fennel, 1 cup, sliced Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup Lentils, 1 cup Mrs Dash2 cups water
saute onions, add veggies and broth and Mrs Dash. Simmer 30 minutes. Add lentils and simmer 30 more minutes
