steak stir fry

Ingredients
Scrambled Egg, 1 large Mushrooms, fresh, 1 medium 1/2 cup shredded carrotsBeef, round steak, 3 oz Rice, Minute Rice, Brown, 0.5 cup Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup Onions, raw, 1 small
Directions
serves 2 * 1C- 1 1/2 C size

1.prepare rice in microwave

2. Use skillet to bown steak, cut into 1 in strips in 1T oil

3.add onion and mushroom

4. slide this mixture to the side and scramble egg into skillet, add salt and pepper. pour in cooked rice and mix all together.

5. Sprinkle cilantro over the top and serve.

soy sauce optional
