Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Brownies

Ingredients
2 scoops Chocolate Peanutbutter whey protein4 Tbs ground flaxseed4 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder4 Stevia packets (**or to taste)2 Tsp baking powder1 cup old fashioned oats1 cup sweet potato/ pumpkin puree pie filling10 egg whites4 Tbs water1 Tbs natural peanut butter
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix egg whites, sweet potato/ pumpkin filling, water and peanut butter in separate bowl, and then add to dry ingredients. Mix everything together and pour in brownie pan or cake pan. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.

optional: Top with additional peanut butter.
