50g Pasta1/2 tin of tuna1 tbsp Mayonnaise lightPepper chilli flakes optional
Directions
boil pasta with 5ml olive oil
mix tuna and mayonnaise in a bowl season to taste black pepper
can liven up with chilli flakes if desired
