Ingredients
INGREDIENTS2 teaspoons fat-free plain yogurt or fat-free sour cream1 teaspoon reduced-fat mayonnaise1 teaspoon prepared horseradish1 slice multigrain bread, toasted1/2 cup mixed spring baby greens3 ounces thinly sliced, lean roasted beef1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Directions
Toast bread. In small bowl stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, Laughing Cow blue cheese and horseradish. Spread on toast. Top with greens and roast beef .
