Ginger Lime Shrimp and noodles

Marinade2 tbsp olive oil1 clove garlic1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger1/2 tbsp lime zest1 tbsp lime juice1/2 tbsp soy sauceSaute1 tbsp olive oil1/2 red pepper, chopped1 cup sliced mushrooms1 clove garlic1 cup sugar snap peas1 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp peanuts, crushed1/2 lb whole wheat paste of your choice ( pic shows capellini)Salt and pepper to taste
Combine marinade ingredients in a dish and whisk together. Add to a ziplock bag, along with the shrimp and marinate for 2-24 hours.
Bring pasta water to a boil and start pasta. Once done, drain and set the pasta off to the side.
Saute peppers and mushrooms in olive oil at med heat. They should be soft, usually about 6-8 min. Add garlic to peppers and mushrooms and stir for 30 sec. Add shrimp to pan and cook on each side for 2-3 min. Then add snap peas and pasta, thoroughly stirring until everything is mixed. Season with salt and pepper if desire and serve.
