Turkey Kielbasa with Cabbage & Apple

Ingredients

1 head cabbage1 onion (red is pretty - any color is fine)3 cloves garlic, minced1 T. Olive Oil1 apple2 oz. turkey kielbasa
1. Peel and dice apple & onion.
2. Saute apple, onion and garlic in olive oil in a large pot.
3. Dice kielbasa and add to apple/onion mixture, continuing to saute.
4. Cut cabbage into wedges and slice thinly with a knife, or using number 6 on food processor.
5. Add cabbage to the pot with apple/onion/garlic/kielbasa.
6. Cover and cook, stirring occassionally, until desired level of firmness.
Serving Size: 2 heaping dinner plates, or 6 side dish portions.
