Slow cooker beef pot roast

Ingredients
2 pounds lean beef roast cut into cubes5 potatoes peeled and cut into small cubes6 carrots peeled and cut into slices1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 packet Lipton's onion soup mix
Directions
Put peeled and cut up potatoes and carrots in the bottom of crock pot. Put beef on top of vegetables. Sprinkle packet of onion soup mix over beef and then spread cream of mushroom soup over top of all. Add 1 can of water over this and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
