Really Raw Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
½ lemon, peeled and cut in half1 ¼ cups soaked cashews, (soaked 2 hours, drained and rinsed)½ cup soaked pine nuts (soaked 2 hours and drained)¼ cup cold-pressed sesame oil1 T agave ¼ cup chopped fresh fennel bulb½ t poultry seasoning½ t chopped fresh dill¾ c apple cider vinegar3 medium cloves garlic1 t ground celery seed1 cup water ¼ c cold-pressed olive oil
Directions
Put the lemon first, then all the rest of the ingredients, in a blender. Blend well, served chilled. May be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks.
