Salmon Patties

Ingredients
*Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water, 14.75 oz *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 1 tbsp *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.5 cup Basil, dried, 1 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp *Lemon Juice of 1 lemon Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Heat up a nonstick skillet (maybe spray with cooking spray) on a medium heat. Form patties with about a handful of mix each... should result in about 6 patties each 2 inches in diameter. Cook until crisp and brown on both sides. Serve hot or chilled on a salad, or a sandwich, or by themselves.
