Roasted Chick Peas

Ingredients

1 19oz can of chick peas1/2 tablespoon olive oil1/2 tablespoon paprika1/2 tablespoon chili powderSalt to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Drain and rinse chick peas
Lay out on paper towels and pat dry
Toss chick peas in olive oil, paprika, and chili powder
Spread out on a baking sheet in one layer
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes shaking pan every 10 minutes or so to ensure the chick peas don't burn
Take out of the oven and sprinkle with salt if desired
