Ingredients
1 cup Quinoa1/2 cup Lentils2 tsp Chia seed1 tsp Salt2 cup Vegetable Broth1 cup Water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in rice cooker or microwave rice cooker. In rice cooker, use mixed rice or brown rice setting.

In a microwave rice cooker, cook for 20-25 min., stirring once.
