Scrambled egg made with light marg & skim milk

Ingredients
4 eggs1/4 cup milk1 tsp lite marg
Directions
melt marg for a few seconds in the microwave. Whip milk & eggs into the marg until combined. Cook on high for a few minutes stirring each minute until just cooked. Be careful not to overcook in the microwave or the milk will begin to seperate and curdle. Serve on toast of the usual way you would have it.
