western family black beans, 108 oz, drained and rinsedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 8 cup, chopped Chicken, John Soules Foods Chicken Breast Strips, 1 bagChili powder, 8 tbsp *Cumin (ground), 16 tsp Green Peppers, 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 2 medium. choppedGarlic, 9 cloves, mincedFresh Garden Salsa - for canning (1/2 C serving), 7.5 servings
Combine beans, chicken, tomatoes, spices, peppers, onions and garlic in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Add salsa and cook till warm through. Serve with cheese, sour cream and corn bread.
