Cindi's Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 small onion3 stalks of celery3 cloves garlic2 TB Olive Oil 1 lb 93% lean ground beef1 envelope Taco Seasoning1 can black beans (rinsed)1 can red or kidney beans (rinsed)2 cans pinto beans2 cans(14.5) tomato sauce2 cans (14.5) diced tomatoeswater for desired thickness
Directions
Reduce the onion, garlic, and celery in Olive Oil over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add ground beef and 1/2 Taco seasoning packet. (Remember to layer your flavorings!) Cook until well done. Drain and rinse all of the beans. Add the beans, tomatoes & sauce. Add remaining Taco seasoning to desired flavor. (If more flavor is desired, add another packet of taco seasoning). Add water to reduce thickness. Warm the soup on low heat for 30-45 minutes until ou reach your desired temperature. Serve with fresh French bread, or day old French bread warmed in the oven with butter, a touch of Garlic powder, and parsley. Enjoy!
