Curried Tuna Salad with Apples and Cashews

Ingredients
Tuna, canned in water (1 5 oz. can)Light Mayo (2T)Apple, chopped into small pieces (I used half a honeycrisp)Celery (2 stalks, chopped into small pieces)Cashews, lightly salted (approx a quarter cup, crunched up)Curry powder (approx 1/2t)
Directions
Mix everything together and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
