Spicy/Sweet Pecans

Ingredients
1 Lb Pecans4 Tbsp of butterequal amounts of:saltsugarcayenne pepper(I use 1 Tbsp of each)
Oven roast nuts on cookie sheet at 300
While nuts are roasting, melt butter and mix spices in separate bowls.
Set aside one large bowl to mix in.
When nuts are done immediately toss them with butter to coat, then slowing mix in spice mixture.
Allow to cool, serve.
9 servings of 1/4 Cup or 25 nuts (approx)
