Ingredients
1.5 Tbsp. of tom yum paste1 Tsp. of garlic paste1 Tsp. of ginger paste1 dash of fish saucerice wine vinegar *unsweetened, NOT seasoned*1-5 dashes of hot sauce (optional, to taste)Hot water
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together all the flavorings with some hot water.
Cut a piece of aluminum foil big enough to wrap your fish/chicken/pork in a papillote.
Lay your protein, spoon mix on top. Fold over to seal together the edges tightly.
Bake in a preheated 350'F oven for 10-15 minutes, it depends on how thick your fish/chicken/pork is.
