1 pouch (6.4 oz) or 2 pouches (2.6 oz) or 2 cans (5 oz) StarKist® Albacore Tuna (if using cans, drained and chunked)˝ cup chopped onion1 tsp. minced garlic3 Tbsp. soy sauce1 Tbsp. lemon juice2 Tbsp. vegetable oil1 bag (16 oz) frozen oriental vegetables (or 4 cups thinly sliced assorted fresh vegetables; carrots, snow peas, broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms and celery)1 tsp. sugar2 cups cooked rice
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok and stir-fry onion, garlic and vegetables until crisp-tender; about 4 minutes.
Add tuna, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice and 1 Tbsp. water. Stir fry for 1 minute, until tuna is heated through.
Serve over hot rice.
