1and 3/4 cup all purpose flour1/3 cup vegetable oil1 tsp cinnammon3/4 mincemeat1 cup sugar1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cloves1/2 tsp skim milkgroup 22 tsp baking powder1/4 cup skim milk2 large eggsMix the first ingredients then add group 2.pour into muffin cups.Bake at 350 deg for 15-20 minutes
