1 lb Ground Pork3 tbsp Tianjin Preserved Vegetables3 tsp Sugar5 tsp Soy Sauce Low Sodium1 dash Black Pepper1 tsp Sesame Oil (Optional) 3 tsp Corn Starch
Soak and rinse preserved vegetables to remove sand in it. Add water to corn starch. Then mix all ingredients in a ceramic plate. After mixing, add some water in the plate. When the water in the steamer boils, turn it to the lowest heat and steam for an hour.
