Spicy Stir Fry Asparagus with Shrimp

226 grams Asparagus, fresh30 grams Ginger Root1 tbsp Shallots, chopped2 tsp Garlic, chopped4 large Raw Shrimp, shelled1/2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Shrimp Sauce (finely ground)1 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce1 tbsp Canola Oil
Clean ginger root by brushing off sand under the faucet. Use a cleaver to smash the ginger root. Peel and chopped the shallots and garlic. Rinse and shelled the raw shrimps.
Preheat the wok for 1 minute on high heat. Pour in the Canola Oil and then add in the ginger root. After 1 minute, add in the shallots and garlic and stir fry for another minute, add in the LKK Shrimp Sauce and Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. Add in the shrimps and cook each side for a minute and dish it up and set aside. Add in the asparagus and a little water and stir fry for 2 minutes. Finally, add in the cooked shrimp again and stir fry for another minute.
