tuna with eggplant

Ingredients
Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can Garlic, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp *Lemon Juice, .5 cupCider Vinegar, 2 tbsp Eggplant, fresh, 250 grams
Directions
1- wrap the unpeeled eggplant in aluminum foil and close it firmly
2- put it in boiled water for 30 min
3- peel the eggplant and mash it
4-add other ingredients except tuna
5-after mixing well and tuna
