Banana Milkshake with SoyMilk & Ice Cream

Ingredients
banana- 2 med to largenutmegcinnimonvanilla extracthoneyvanilla bean ice cream- 2 scoopssoy milk- 1 to 2 cups (I used 2/3)
Directions
cut banana into chunks add to blender then add ice cream, soy milk, spices, and honey and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and serve immediatley for thicker shake use frozen banana chunks or let sit in freezer 10 min after you blend. Dont over blend. Enjoy
