Crispy Maple Syrup Granola

3 cups old fashioned oats, 3 tbsp Bob's flaxseed meal3 tbsp golden flaxseed1 oz raw sesame seeds1 oz. raw sunflower seeds1/4 cup chopped walnuts1/4 cup olive oil1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Place olive oil on a roasting pan, layer all the ingredients into the pan and then stir it very well until everything is coated with the oil. Place into oven at 350 degrees and stir it every 5 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven and stir again. Allow to cool before placing into a clean dry jar.

I had the list of measurements - why didn't I include them in this recipe? lol I never measure anything but I did to get the nutritional readings but guess I failed to add them in here. sorry and thanks for the heads up.
