ALL Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour1/2 Splenda for baking1 TBS baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 Cups Kelloggs All-Bran cereal1 1/4 cups non-fat milk2 egg whites1/4 cup sweeten apple sauce
Directions
Stir together flour, splenda, baking powder and salt. set aside

In large mixing bowl, combine All-Bran cereal and milk. Let stand about 2 minutes. Add egg and apple sauce. Beat well. Add flour mixture portion into 12 muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 minutes
