4 cups cooked macaronione stick butter4 T flour 2 cups skim milk16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 t salt1 T pepper (or to taste)
Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions. Melt butter in pot macaroni was cooked in. Add flour and stir. Cook for one minute. Add milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir over medium heat until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Add macaroni. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly on top.
