Ingredients
340 grams Eggplant2 tbsp CookDo Premixed Sauce for eggplant1 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Take about 2 eggplants, cut into 2" long and about 1/4" inch thick. Stir fry the eggplant with 1 tbsp oil on medium to low heat. Then add Cook Do premixed sauce. Mix well before serving.
