Pinto and Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 cans pinto beans2 large cans diced tomatoes1 large onion, diced5 stalks celery, chopped10 baby carrots chopped1 pound extra lean ground turkey, brownedchili seasoning to tastecayenne pepper to taste2 cloves of garlic chopped
Directions
Saute chopped onion,celery and carrots, set aside.
Brown turkey and garlic, then add onion, celery,carrot mixture. Add tomatoes and juice, and chili spices and beans and cayenne. Cook at least 1 hour on a low simmer. If you want you can do this in a crock-pot or cook as long as you can, for a better taste.
