Salmon filet with salad

Ingredients
Atlantic Salmon (fish), 200 grams (remove)Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp (remove)Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz (remove)
Directions
in a pan heat some of the olive oil until VERY hot, roll the fish in lemon pepper seasoning and place in the pan (with the skin side down)

wash spinach and place on a large plate, roast seeds in remaining oil and place salmon on top
