Ingredients
* Green Beans (snap), 400 grams * Ginger Root, 1 tsp * *Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper * Turmeric, ground, .5 tbsp * Salt, 1 dash * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * Ajwain seeds (Can be found at any Indian Store)
Directions
Prep-

Cut green Beans as small as you like.
Get your ingredients ready. Both Ginger root and Peppers should be crushed.

Cook-

In a pot add all your ingredients and let cook for about 15 minutes or until all water had evaporated.

Enjoy.

    Delicious! I didnt have ajwin seeds but tried coriander seeds which I crushed up. I also add a few cloves of minced fresh garlic. I also sauteed the chilis garlic and spices in the oil prior to adding the green beans and stock. Instead of water I used a can of vegetable stock. My family loved it! - 9/12/08
