Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups - All purpose flour1 cup - Granulated sugar3 ripe medium / large bananas2 tsp - Baking soda1 cup - Miracle Whip Light1 tsp - Vanilla Extract1 Large Egg1 cup - Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. In a medium size bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, miracle whip, egg and vanilla.
3. Mashed 3 bananas on a plate and add to sugar mixture.
4. Stir banana mixture into bowl of flour and stir just until mixed (do not over mix)
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Spray muffin tins and spoon batter in each cup 3/4 full.
Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown
Cool on wire rack and enjoy!!!
