1 Tbs. olive oil1.125 lbs very lean beef bottom round steak, cut up2 tbs. corn starch1/4 c. water4.5 cups frozen broccoli4.5 cups Great Value sugar snap stir-fry blend18 tbs. Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce1/2 c. Kikkoman Original Teriyaki, Takumi Collection2 cans Dynasty sliced water chestnuts, drained
Marinade beef in Teriyaki marinade and sauce for 30 minutes. Stir fry beef with marinade in 1 tbs. olive oil. While that cooks, mix corn starch with water in separate bowl. Once beef is cooked through, wisk the hot liquid into the corn starch mixture. Once mixed through, add back to wok with water chestnuts and vegetables. Cook until warmed through.
