Linda's applesauce granola

1/4 cup flax meal1/2 cup wheat germ1 cup unsweetened coconut1/3 cup honey/agave syrup6 cups oats1 tbsp cinnamonpinch of nutmeg1/2 tsp Kosher salt3 cups almonds3 tbsp olive oil2 cups unsweetened applesauce
In large bowl combine first nine ingredients. Mix together olive oil, honey, and applesauce. Gently mix in with hands, liquids inton dry ingredients.
Spread in two large baking sheets. Bake at 300 degrees one hour or longer, turning mix gently every 15 minutes until dry to touch. Let cool completely.
Serve with milk or yogurt.
