Curried Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
16. oz. bag frozen broccoli (or 16 oz. fresh broccoli, cut into chunks)2-3 stalks green onions, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces4 cups chicken broth (or enough to cover the vegetables in a pot)1 - 2 Tbsp. curry powder, as desired8 oz. non-fat greek-style yogurt (or regular-style, if preferred)
Directions
(1) place vegetables, curry powder and broth in a pot, bring to a boil, cover and simmer until broccoli is tender, about 10 minutes.
(2) allow to cool for a few minutes, then place all in a blender and puree. add yogurt to the puree and blend together.
(3) Serve in a mug and enjoy!
