Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter1/4 cup flour1 cup milk10 oz Wispride Port Wine cheese
Directions
Melt butter over med low heat. Slowly add flour, stirring constantly, until smooth. Slowly add milk, continue stirring until thickened. Add cheese, stir until melted and smooth.

Serve with cubed bread, kielbasa, ham, etc

*Quick tip: microwave your cheese for 20 seconds or so to warm before adding to pan.

This is a New Year's Day tradition at my husband's home while he was growing up. We now serve it as a treat the night we decorate our Christmas tree and on New Years Day.

    This is soooo good, I used FF milk and Smart Balance in place of the butter, I served it in a round, hollowed out sourdough loaf, used the removed bread for dipping, (toasted first), delish!!!!! - 12/28/08
